Package Bodies implement the package specification in that the package body includes the definition of every cursor and subprogram declared in the package specification.
Creating and editing
While Package Bodies are listed as a separate object in the Datasource Navigator/Explorer, they are created on the Packages Editor in conjunction with Packages. For more information, see Package Bodies Editor (Oracle).
