Go Up to Administration Pages


The Manage Groups view allows you to edit and delete groups.

To modify a group:

  1. Click the edit icon on the right side of the table for the group that you would like to edit.

To add a new group:

  1. Click Add entry button to open the create group dialog.

To import from LDAP:

  1. Click Import from LDAP button to start the import process.
  2. In the Import LDAP Groups page that opens:
    • Add the LDAP server name or IP address.
    • Add the server port (normally 389 for LDAP).
    • Add the User name that has permission to access the LDAP server. For example cn=User,dc=embarcadero,dc=com
    • Add the Password for the username that you have above.
  3. You can optionally select to include the LDAP users by selecting the box marked Include Users
  4. Click Preview groups.
  5. In the new page that opens, select the groups that you would like to import.
  6. Click Add to group list to import the selected groups.
