Description

Creates an instance of TIPAddress.

The accepted parameters need to be one of the following:

  • Name: A String that represents a domain name.
  • Address: An IPv4 address.
  • B1, B2, B3, B4: Individual octets of an IPv4 address.
  • Address, Mask: Both parameters are of type TIPAddress. The returned TIPAddress is suitable for use as a UDP datagram broadcast to the local subnet.
  • Address: The returned TIPAddress is structured according to the platform socket api type.
