The setter of Below may raise any of the following exceptions:

Exception	Exception.Message	Scenarios
ERelativePanelException	Control is not a sibling within RelativePanel	The control to set as Below and the associated Control do not have the same parent.
ERelativePanelException	Control cannot be positioned relative to itself	You cannot position a control relative to itself.
