投資の支払期数を返します。
NumberOfPeriods は、Payment を定期的に支払い、複利計算期間当たり Rate の利率で利息を得ながら、PresentValue の投資が FutureValue の価値に達するのに必要な支払期間の数を計算します。PaymentTime は、キャッシュ フロー（支払）が期首か期末のどちらに発生するかを示します。
