Gibt den Wert (Value) des Merkmals als UInt64 zurück.
GetValueAsUInt64 übernimmt Offset als Argument, um den Indexwert für das Byte-Array zu definieren. Der Vorgabewert für Offset ist 0, die erste Position des Arrays.
