Renvoie l'état en cours de l'objet commande.
La propriété State renvoie l'état en cours de l'objet commande. Elle peut prendre l'une des valeurs suivantes :

Les valeurs csExecuting, csFetching, csAborting
sont "visibles" si la commande s'exécute de façon asynchrone, ou si la propriété State est vérifiée à partir d'un autre thread plutôt que depuis l'opération en cours d'exécution.
