IHTTPSoapDispatchIHTTPSoapDispatch is the interface for objects that interpret SOAP request messages and execute the corresponding invokable interface.
THTTPSoapDispatchNodeTHTTPSoapDispatchNode forwards SOAP messages to an invoker for interpretation.
