説明
TCustomAttribute は、すべての Delphi 属性の基底クラスです。
TCustomAttribute の下位クラスを宣言すると、後で Delphi コードの属性として使用できます。属性とは、Delphi の任意の型またはメンバに注釈を付けることができる、特別な種類のクラスです。
