Description
Warning: The ANSI version of AnsiStrIComp is deprecated. Please use the AnsiStrings unit.
Compares null-terminated character strings case-insensitively.
AnsiStrIComp compares S1 to S2, without case sensitivity. The comparison operation is controlled by the current locale. The return value is the same as for CompareStr.
Note: This function supports multi-byte character sets (MBCS).
