How do I get into a group that allows editing? (I wanted to update this page for Delphi Berlin Update 2)

Four months have passed since I asked how to edit the page - I no longer recall what the edit was, other than that it was for Delphi Berlin Update 2 and the current page is obviously out of date.

I take it that mere users of the product are not permitted to update the woefully out of date information on this wiki :(
