InterBase ToGo is a database engine that can be directly embedded in an application by using the InterBase database engine library. InterBase ToGo does not have to be installed on any server or end-user workstation, and does not require that InterBase be installed on a machine before being used (as InterBase Server and InterBase Desktop do).

IBLite and IBToGo Test Deployment Licensing

InterBase ToGo is included in the RAD Studio installation.
There are two licensing options for InterBase ToGo: IBLite and IBToGo.

Note: Starting with the July 2018 version of the IBLite/IBToGo GetIt package, the IBLite installation includes a ready-to-use license file that allows you to build an IBLite powered application, use the automatic set of deployment files, and deliver the application with the embedded database to your mobile devices, without having to follow the manual steps to obtain a license file as mentioned in the IBLite and IBToGo Test Deployment Licensing page.
