ToolsAPI: IOTAVersionControlNotifier

Unfortunately I still use the evaluation version of Delphi 2010, i'm not sure whether those toolsapi.pas installed in a trial version mode. :(  J.a.i.m ^(talk) 19:25, 9 September 2009 (PDT)
