Tutorial: Using InterBase Express to Access a Database

This tutorial shows how to develop a general purpose database application using InterBase Express. InterBase Express (IBX) is a set of data access components that provides a means of accessing data from InterBase databases.

You develop this application with InterBase and database components.

This tutorial is based on CsDemos, which is one of the samples that is installed with RAD Studio.

Note: This example requires that InterBase SMP 2009 be installed. See your Install.html file (located in your product installation directory) for instructions on downloading InterBase. Also, make sure the InterBase server is running before you run the example.
