What's New in the Help, and Where is Everything
From RAD Studio XE2
Go Up to What's New
RAD Studio online help is now on the Web! We have ported all of the help to a docwiki located at http://docwiki.embarcadero.com/RADStudio/.
We think you will like the docwiki if you give it a try. What's more, the docwiki is very flexible, and we can add functionality that our users request. So tell us what you want to see on the docwiki! (Click Help Feedback at the bottom of the page.)
Note: We continue to deliver RAD Studio help in H2 format, and you view the help in the DExplore window. At the same time, the docwiki will remain live as a development and user-input tool.
Note: To improve your experience with the DExplore help viewer, see the EDN article "Getting the Best Results with RAD Studio Help," located at http://edn.embarcadero.com/article/37562.
Content Reorganization
The organization of the help is visible in the Navigation/Contents bar on the left. The help is organized by subject matter rather than by "concept" or "procedure". In fact, the new organization is similar to that of Delphi 7 and C++Builder 6, two very well-liked help systems of the past.
