Encoding, Format and Character Set

Each file in the code editor can have a specific encoding, format and character set.

To set encoding, format or character set on a per-file basis

  • Right click on the editor window and use the options on the popup

To set the default settings for new files

  • Go to Tools | Options | Editor Options and select the settings you want.
