As per following Quality Portal issue: https://quality.embarcadero.com/browse/RSP-10599

There is some special treatment of the English language built into TLang. This is not mentioned anywhere and can create quite some trap for us users. The current behavior of that should be documented somewhere to lessen the chance to fall into that trap (and of course the issue should be changed/fixed, but I guess changing a help topic gets done faster). --Markus.humm (talk) 02:19, 1 May 2015 (PDT)
