Description
Replaces some special characters with their escape codes.
Returns a string of characters with the special characters in Str replaced with their escape codes.
The following special characters are considered:
'\', '[', ']', '^', '$', '.', '|', '?', '*', '+', '(', ')', '{', '}'
If UseWildCards is True, don't convert '\*' or '\?'.
