Incompatible version of RLINK32.DLL

Go Up to C++ Linker Error and Warning Messages

You don't have the right version of RLINK32.DLL in the C++ bin directory. You need to delete that version of the DLL and replace it with the correct version from the C++ source. You can either copy it from another system or reinstall C++.
