Description
Envoie un message de notification push EMS aux installations EMS qui sont abonnées aux canaux EMS.
PushToChannels envoie le message de notification push EMS AData aux installations EMS abonnées à l'un des AChannels.
PushToChannels renvoie un IEMSResourceResponseContent pour lire la réponse de la ressource.
Si aucun canal EMS n'est transmis, PushToChannels déclenche une erreur : Channel names expected (Noms des canaux attendus).
