Description
Creates an instance of TCommonDialogAction.
Most applications do not need to call the TCommonDialogAction constructor because actions are added at design time to an action list or action manager.
The TCommonDialogAction constructor creates an instance of its associated dialog, which descendant classes make available through the Dialog property.
AOwner specifies the Owner for the action. This is the component that is responsible for freeing the TCommonDialogAction instance.
