浮動小数点値を Currency 値に変換します。

TryFloatToCurr 関数は，指定された浮動小数点値を Currency 値に変換します。

Value は，変換対象の浮動小数点値です。

AResult は，可能な場合は対応する Currency 値を返します。

TryFloatToCurr は，処理が成功すると true を返します。Value が Currency 値の有効範囲内にない場合，TryFloatToCurr は false を返します。
