Description
Retrieves the first character of a localization value.
GetLocaleChar retrieves the first character of the passed LocaleType value or the passed Default value if not found. The actual value is determined by the location specified by Locale. For example, on Windows, $0809 is the Locale for UK English, and $0409 is the Locale for US English. For the LOCALE_SCURRENCY LocaleType, these locales would yield '£' and '$' respectively.
Note: This is an OS specific function.
