TFilterNormalBlend is a wrapper for TNormalBlendEffect.

FMX.Filter.Effects.TFilterNormalBlend inherits from FMX.Filter.Effects.TNormalBlendEffect. All content below this line refers to FMX.Filter.Effects.TNormalBlendEffect.

TNormalBlendEffect is a class for creating a normal blending of two images.

TNormalBlendEffect affects the textures of visual objects.

For further information, go to TImageFXEffect and FireMonkey Image Effects.

The normal blending is made between the texture of the object to which the effect is applied and the bitmap specified by the Target property. If Target is not specified, TNormalBlendEffect has no visual effect. If the Target's image has no transparent areas, the object's image is completely covered by Target.

The following table shows the result of TNormalBlendEffect on a .png picture, with transparent background placed on a form (using a TImage object). The Target has transparent areas.
