Description
Specifies the minimum value of the top margin.
If Options contains psoMinMargins, MinMarginTop is the minimum value that can be entered in the Top field from the Margins section of the page setup dialog.
If the user enters values in inches, MinMarginTop expresses the minimum margin in thousandths of an inch. If the user enters values in millimeters, MinMarginTop expresses the minimum margin in hundredths of a millimeter.
