Description

Starts a scan for Bluetooth Low Energy devices.

The StartDiscoveryRaw function of the current manager calls this function.

StartDiscoveryRaw scans for the BLE devices that ABluetoothLEScanFilterList contains filters about.

If you set Refresh to True, StartDiscoveryRaw creates a new filter list. Otherwise it uses the last one created.

StartDiscoveryRaw calls DoStartDiscoveryRaw.
