Description
Returns a Boolean value that indicates whether the specified file exists with preferred UI language subdirectories.
LocaleFileExists performs the following operations:
- The directory and the basename are extracted from the FileName parameter.
- The locale directory that corresponds to any of the preferred UI languages is searched in directory. If such a directory is found and it contains basename, then True is returned. Otherwise, the value returned indicates whether the file specified by the FileName parameter exists.
