Description
Returns a new Variant that is the result of a shr (right shift) operation on this Variant.
The operator >> returns a new Variant that is the result of a shr (right shift) operation, shifting by the number of bits specified by rhs.
If the operation is not possible because of an invalid variant type conversion, an EVariantError exception is thrown.
