The explanation for acCombineAlways is incorrect. Currently it reads exactly the same as the explanation for acExclusive just with the two parts of sentence reversed.

I've looked at the source code and a better explanation for acCombineAlways would be

"The automatic fields are created for all fields that do not already have an existing persistent field defined for them."
