Gets the Intel FPU's rounding mode.

This is Intel platform depended function.

GetFPURoundMode is used internally by GetRoundMode.

This function is obsoleted and not available for NEXTGEN compilers.

Please use System.Math.GetRoundMode instead GetFPURoundMode
