Specifies the amount (in degrees) by which the control is rotated from the x-axis.

Specifies the amount (in degrees) by which the control is rotated from the x-axis.
Positive angles correspond to clockwise rotation. For counterclockwise rotation, use negative values.
To set the rotation center, use RotationCenter.
