Description
Checks whether the given local date and time is ambiguous.
The IsAmbiguousTime method checks whether the given local date and time is ambiguous (situated within the repeating hours).
An ambiguous time value may appear when the local time is about to be changed due to the DST (Daylight Savings Time) rules. For example: in Romania, daylight saving time begins on the last Sunday of March, when after 2:59.9999 A.M. comes 4:00 A.M.. March 31, 2:30 A.M. is an ambiguous date and time value.
