Description
Performs an shl (shift left) operation between two Variants.
VariantShl2 performs a bit-wise shl (shift left) operation between V1 and V2 and returns a new Variant holding the result.
The input values must be convertible to numerical types; otherwise an EVariantTypeCastError exception will be raised.
