説明
行を渡されたテーブルに挿入します。
InsertEntity メソッドは、行を渡されたテーブルに挿入します。行には、列 PartitionKey および RowKey がなければなりません。 Timestamp 列がある場合、それは無視されます。同じ PartitionKey および RowKey を持つ別の行が存在する場合、挿入は失敗します（409 - Conflict）。
InsertEntity は、挿入が成功した場合には True を、そうでなければ False を返します。
TableName パラメータは、行を挿入するテーブルの名前を示します。
ResponseInfo パラメータは、レスポンス情報を格納する任意クラスを示します。
