説明
Bluetooth サービスを提供するサーバー ソケットを作成します。
CreateServerSocket は、次のパラメータを受け取ります：
AName： 作成する Bluetooth サービスの、人間にとって判読可能な名前。"My Bluetooth Service" など。AUUID： 作成する Bluetooth サービスの一意の識別子。"{00001135-0000-1000-8000-00805F9B34FF}" など。Secure： 作成する Bluetooth サービスに対する接続がセキュアでなければならないか（True）、そうでなくてもよいか（False）。セキュアな接続を要求する場合、サービスに接続するリモート デバイスは認証が必要になり、サービスとの通信は暗号化されます。
