オブジェクトが作成または破棄されるときの通知に対して応答します。
Notification は，コンポーネントが作成または破棄されると自動的に呼び出されます。Notification メソッドは継承されたメソッドを呼び出した後，FocusControl プロパティで指定されるウィンドウコントロールが破棄されようとしているかどうかを確認します。ウィンドウコントロールが破棄されようとしている場合，Notification が FocusControl プロパティを nill（Delphi）または NULL（C++）に設定します。
