Vcl.WinXCtrls.TCustomSplitView.ParentBackground は Vcl.Controls.TWinControl.ParentBackground を継承しています。以下の内容はすべて Vcl.Controls.TWinControl.ParentBackground を参照しています。

コントールが親のテーマの背景を使用するかどうかを指定します。

ParentBackground が True ならば、コントロールは親のテーマの背景を使用して、自分の背景を描画します。

ParentBackground が False ならば、コントロールは自分自身のプロパティを使用して（Color など）、自分の背景を描画します。

ParentBackground は、XP のテーマが有効になっていなければ、効果はありません。
