Description
Returns the value of the field as a TSQLTimeStampOffset.
Descendants of TField that represent TSQLTimeStampOffset fields override the GetAsSQLTimeStampOffset method to return the value of the field as a TSQLTimeStampOffset.
Trying to call the GetAsSQLTimeStampOffset method raises an exception.
