Project > Project Page Options

Specifies an HTML or Markdown file in your project as the Project Page for recording a description of the project, and various other notes and information. This page is automatically displayed in the IDE when you open the project.

For a project page to show when a project is created from a template library, the project referenced by the template library must have a project page.

The project page can have a resources folder, which is the place to put image files that are referenced by the project page HTML.

If the Project > Project Page Options command is not available, then the projpageide280.bpl IDE package is not installed.

Settings Description

Project Page

Specifies the name of the Project Page. The dropdown list shows all HTML / Markdown / TXT files in your project.

Resource Folder

Specifies the folder for additional HTML / Markdown / TXT files or image files referenced by the Project Page.

When you right click an HTML / Markdown / TXT file in the Projects View, a checkbox appears allowing you to select the option "Auto-open As Readme". This option allows you to always open readme files when opening a new project.
