Saving Changes in the Pattern Registry

Go Up to Using Pattern Organizer

If you have changed the contents of the Pattern Registry using the Pattern Organizer (new shortcuts, new folders), these changes are synchronized with the Pattern Registry automatically. When you close the Pattern Organizer, you should save the changes.

To save Pattern Registry changes implemented in the Pattern Organizer

1. Click Tools > Pattern Organizer to open the Pattern Organizer.
2. Implement some changes in the Pattern Registry.
3. Click OK to save the Pattern Registry changes.

Each time you start the Modeling, the contents of the available storage are scanned for patterns. The contents of the Pattern Registry are synchronized with the actually available pattern folders. If you have made changes to the patterns outside the Pattern Organizer, these changes will be synchronized when the Modeling is started.
