Specifies the list of folders and directory groups.
To invoke this dialog box, click Folders and Groups in the Find in Files dialog box.

Directories to search
|
Lists folders and directory groups in which you want to search.
- Click the Browse for folder button and browse for a folder to add to this list.
- Click the Add to directory list button to add to this list the directory group selected in Group name.
- You can explicitly type directories and directory groups in this field. To specify multiple entries, separate entries with semicolons (
; ) or type each entry on a separate line.

Browse for folder
|
Opens the Browse for Folder dialog box, which enables you to select a folder to add to the associated pane.

Remove invalid paths
|
Removes invalid paths (folders or directory groups) listed in the associated pane.
|
Group name
|
Displays the name of a directory group that is currently being constructed using the Group contents pane. Click the button to select a directory group from the list of created groups. Click the button to start creating a new directory group.

Group contents
|
Displays the directories that are parts of the directory group shown in Group name. Constitutes the work area for constructing a directory group.
- Click the Browse for folder button and browse for a folder to add to this list.
- You can explicitly type directories in this field. To specify multiple entries, separate entries with semicolons (
; ) or type each entry on a separate line.

Add to directory list
|
Moves the directory group shown in Group name into the list in Directories to search.

New directory group
|
Opens the New Directory Group dialog box, which enables you to type a name for the new directory group that you are creating.

Delete directory group
|
Deletes the directory group shown in Group name.
