Questions
Do we need to restore the Creating MTS or COM+ objects chapter (also was deleted from Win32 Dev Guide by 2006)?
Do we need to restore "Deploying an ActiveX control on the Web" and its related topic "Setting options" ? These seem to have been deleted from the Win32 Dev Guide back around 2006. They appeared in both the Delphi and the C++ Dev Guides. I suspect there was a good reason for the deletion, but we need to verify.

Bruneau verified that C++ does not support deploying ActiveX controls on the Web anymore. I believe that COM+ was deleted quite a long time ago as well.

Work Continues
I am currently working on the Adding Events topic and tagging it for the dev guide. I've moved the topic to Adding Events (the original title is more accurate, since both Delphi and C++ are on the page).
