sysmac.h is part of Delphi-style RTL for C++, not C/C++ RTL (most of which is standard).

As I understand, C Run-Time Library Reference is meant for C/C++ RTL (not Delphi related).

This can be seen from the directory location of sysmac.h: it is ...\osx\rtl or ...\windows\rtl (not ...osx\crtl).

I don't think we have an index page for of Delphi-style RTL for C++ (describing .h files, not .hpp files).
