Add Languages

Project > Languages > Add ...
Adds one or more language localization resource DLL projects to the base language project.
Each page of this wizard shows detailed instructions, which you must follow.
Notice that this wizard provides functionality similar to the Resource DLL Wizard, but the Resource DLL Wizard provides the additional possibility to add to your resource DLL projects extra resource files, such as .dfm and .rc.
