USc 2010/07/28:

  • ToolsApi.pas needs to be ToolsAPI.pas (uppercase API)
  • I would change

"The Subversion implementation is contained in ToolsApi.pas and FileHistoryAPI.pas."

into

"The Subversion implementation is build using the Tools API in ToolsApi.pas and FileHistoryAPI.pas."

because the ToolsAPI.pas and FileHistoryAPI.pas does not contain the Subversion integration and with the change the sentence is similar to the one on http://docwiki.embarcadero.com/RADStudio/XE/en/Subversion_Integration_in_the_IDE
