Aligning Diagram Elements

Go Up to Customizing Diagram Appearance and Viewing Diagrams

Using the Alignment context menu commands, you can align selected model elements on the diagram.

To align model elements on the diagram

1. Open your diagram in the Diagram View.
2. Select several nodes or inner classifiers on the diagram.
3. Right-click a selected node and choose the desired Alignment > Feature_to_align command on the context menu. The following align commands are available:
   • Top—align tops of the selected nodes.
   • Bottom—align bottoms of the selected nodes.
   • Right—align right sides of the selected nodes.
   • Left—align left sides of the selected nodes.
   • Center X—align centers of X coordinates of the selected nodes.
   • Center Y—align centers of Y coordinates of the selected nodes.
