Deleting a Device Preset

Go Up to Device Manager

You can delete any device preset that you add to RAD Studio. You cannot delete devices distributed with RAD Studio, you can only delete your own device presets.

Note: Device presets can also be deleted from the DevicePresets.xml file.

To delete a device preset from the Device Manager:

1. Select Tools > Options > Environment Options > Form Designer > Device Manager.
2. Click the target device preset to select it.
3. Click Delete.
4. Click Yes on the dialog window that appears to confirm that you want to delete the selected device preset.

If the reason why you want to delete a device preset is because some of its settings are wrong, consider editing your device preset instead.
