The EMS Management Console application allows you to manage the module resources data that is stored in your EMS Server. The Resources tab displays the stored information about module resources in the EMS Server.

You can use the EMS Management Console application to update or delete the module resources data in the EMS Server.

Updating the Module Resources Data

Updating a Single Module Resource

To update the data of an existing module resource:

  1. Select the Resources tab.
  2. Double-click the selected module resource.
    The Modify dialog box opens then.
  3. Update the optional fields data for the module resource.
    • Modify the existing data of the custom fields.
    • Add new Custom fields to the module resource. Set a new Field Name and the corresponding Field Value.
  4. Click the OK button to save your changes in the EMS Server.

Updating Data From Several Module Resources at Once

To update the custom data from several module resource at once:

  1. In the Resources tab, click the Edit button.
  2. Edit the custom fields values of the module resource.
  3. Click the Update button to save your changes in the EMS Server. Click Cancel to discard all the changes.
  4. Click the Refresh button to retrieve the updated data from the EMS Server.

Deleting an Module Resource

To delete one or several module resource from the EMS Server:

  1. In the Resources tab, click the Edit button.
  2. Select the module resource from the list.
  3. Click the Delete button.
  4. Repeat the previous steps until you have deleted all the desired module resource.
  5. Click the Update or the Cancel button.
Note: Deleting an existing module resource from the EMS Server does not unregister the module.
