Databases Editor (IBM DB2 Z/OS)

The Databases Editor lets you manage basic properties, permissions, and object dependencies for a database.
To edit a database
- Open an editor on the database. For details, see Opening an Object Editor.
- Use the following table as a guide to understanding and modifying the settings on the tabs of this editor:

Properties |
The Database Creation group lets you view the Name and Group Member properties and set the Type property. The Database Attributes group lets you view the Encoding Scheme, Create Date, and Last Altered properties and lets you set the Tablespace Buffer Pool, Index Buffer Pool, Storage Group, and CCSID properties. | |
