Databases Editor (IBM DB2 LUW)

The Databases Editor lets you manage database tablespace placement details and modify configuration parameters for the database.
To edit a database
- Open an editor on the database. For details, see Opening an Object Editor.
- Use the following table as a guide to understanding and modifying the settings on the tabs of this editor:

Placement |
Select a tablespace and click the Edit button to open an object editor on that tablespace. For more information, see Tablespaces Editor (IBM DB2 LUW). | |

Options |
Lets you modify the DB2 Database Manager configuration file parameters for the database. Select a parameter and click the Edit button to open a dialog that lets you change the current value. NOTE: To set database options for all future databases, set the database options on the model database. | |
